there's a thin line

well, yesterday my realtor in jackson calls and says that the buyers for my house have not qualified for their mortgage. so, one week prior to closing, i am back to square one.
it's not the end of the world, now that i have a job lined up (and a well-paying one at that) but it just means less money that bo and i can save to put down on a new home. AND, worst of all, it means more contact with the dumbass who i bought the house with.
